Hiya, I'm Nardia.
Have you ever had a situation when you've taught your client something mind-blowing, like teaching them how stress impacts their body, and they've said to you "OMG, everyone needs to know this!". Or they may have said, "how come I've never known this?"

Yes? Me too - when I was a full-time, in-person trainer, it occurred all the time!

Which made me realise that 1) I needed a better way to teach my clients outside of their sessions and 2) I knew that more people needed to know the stuff I was telling my clients.

It's because of this that I ventured into the online space, specifically with the idea of creating online products.

I launched my first ever product; the 7 Week Fit Lean + Fierce program in 2014 to over 100 women and have since gone on to create over 30 different types of workshops, products, classes and hybrid products.

This is my jam. I will show you how to take your seed of an idea and turn it into a product.
